Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information, particularly their email address, is correct.

4. Registration Fees and Payments
Applicable registration fees will be displayed on the website or communicated through authorised ILBRC Ghana 2027 channels.
Payments may be processed through authorised banks, payment gateways or third-party payment service providers.
A payment should not be considered successful solely because a participant receives a browser confirmation. Registration confirmation may depend upon successful verification of the transaction by the Conference's payment system or financial institution.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations and registration transfers will be handled in accordance with the official ILBRC Ghana 2027 cancellation and refund policy applicable at the time of registration.

Refund Payment Method
Where a refund has been approved, the refund shall be paid by bank transfer to the participant's nominated bank account through the Conference's designated bank or payment provider.
Participants must provide accurate bank account details and any supporting payment information reasonably required to process the refund.
The Conference Secretariat shall communicate the status of the refund request to the participant. The time required for the refund to reach the participant's account may depend on the bank's processing arrangements.
The refund amount, eligibility conditions, cancellation deadlines and applicable processing period shall be set out in the approved ILBRC Ghana 2027 cancellation and refund policy.
6. Abstract Submissions
Authors submitting abstracts to ILBRC Ghana 2027 are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are accurate, original and comply with the Conference's abstract-submission requirements.
Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance.
Abstracts may be reviewed by authorised reviewers, members of the scientific committee or other designated Conference personnel.
Acceptance, presentation format, scheduling and other academic decisions remain subject to the Conference's review process.
7. Intellectual Property
